KalleCo Ranch, For Sale Page

This isn’t an easy part to fill in...

The last 1 ˝ years have taken its toll on our lives, from health issues to losing horses, barn & arena plus all of my equipment and not having the coverage to replace it all. The horse industry has taken a hard hit and this has also added to the end decision to cut back and go a different life route.

There are only a few select horses left for sale or lease at this time, we are open to offers etc.

We may not have the “IN” halter horse bloodlines and it has been proven you don’t need that to stand in first place! Our horses were bred to be an All-Around type using horse.

Horses that look good and perform great!

These Horses are For Sale or Lease

Cruisin Hollywood
** Cruisin Hollywood's Sire - is How D Billie Boy (halter points only...but top producer on a couple paints) 2 time World Show qualifier. Sport’s grandsire etc. - Tee Jay Roman and Jackie Bee were TOP AQHA producers... with AQHA Champions, ROM Point earners. Tee Jay Roman was known as the best son of Jackie Bee.

** Cruisin Hollywood's Dam - My Hollywood Jewel, AQHA point earnings ... Many open all-around wins...Hi-Point Awards.. She comes from a pedigree full of ROM earners & producers to AQHA Champions and the best cutting & reining horse lines in their time. Jewel was started in reining with the Latimers, when I got her I turned her into a pleasure/trail horse that also loved to work cattle.

"SPORT" is 15.2HH.... and looks almost like his Sire...Billie! Sport not only moves nice but when asked for a “”WHOA”” You best sit deep as he has a natural … “drop down” an slide… that most reining horses can’t even be trained to do let alone do it naturally. I’ve watched him work a calf all on his own…again, he’s a natural at it. (that was the last time those calves ever snuck into his pen too).

His offspring are going well in both English and Western, they are making excellent trail horses to ranch work.

HOLLYWOOD STALKER

This Stallion’s pedigree is of the top bred Foundation stallions that truly did have an impact on the Quarter Horse Industry.

Gold Stalker was a fancy moving stallion, bred to rein and work cattle. His sire Croton Cody was also a phenomenal stallion. Double bred Joe Cody to Bill Cody, double bred Hollywood Gold add in the Triangle Lady lines which were well proven mares.

These sires and dams were either proven themselves or their offspring proved themselves in reining, cutting or roping events. To top it all off they were top notch working ranch type horses.

Teddy is approx. 14.3HH, athletic, pretty head and one heck of a stout body on him.

Teddy should excel as a rope horse, working cow horse or pretty much anything you put him to work at.

Due to us not breeding outside mares Teddy doesn’t have the typical 10-15 foals per year showing under his stallion reports. We only bred a limited number of mares to him and were very happy with the resulting offspring.

SOLD - Whata Lethal Weapon - SOLD

Taz is approx. 15.1HH and 1,200 lbs.
My youngest daughter loved riding him, he’s got an awesome jog and lope…he’s an all-around pleasure to ride.
He’s a great stallion to handle, excellent pedigree and now he is proving himself as a sire.

His offspring have been used for pleasure riding, working cow horse, Open showing, 4H and pretty much anything else you can imagine..
He's sired buckskin's, palominos and two sorrels but color isn't the only thing as these babies have bodies that halter and gorgeous heads.

sire: KNR MR Crackerjax 16 HH - 1200lbs. athlete!
Winner of Weanling Futurity in N.D. 6th overall at the Paint Horse Congress, an elite rope horse now with Halter and performance points.
his sire Jester Heathen - Superior Halter, APHA Champion, N.D. Hi-Point Open Horse, and many other wins including the 1990 Canadian Agribition Supreme Grand Champion.....
Grandsire is Sullivans Heathen..... another highly sought after PROVEN sire in the paint horse industry.
dam: Powder Blond, APHA halter points, she also apparently had one of her offspring showing in the movie Hildago!

Taz is a WHITE (considered by some to be a rare Max. Sabino) breeding stock stallion. I believe now there are approx. 16 of these rare white horses in the world.
Taz has the build of a halter horse but can move like a pleasure horse....

Two of his 2008 colts are shown here – check out Tucker and Sampson…awesome colts!

** Taz was treated for heaves this past spring.

CRUSIN N SPEEDIN

He's been shown AQHA and Open Light horse circuits, has done exceedingly well in English Pleasure to Western Pleasure - giving him many wins and placings.
He's 16.1HH and a gentleman to work with.
Great to haul, bath, clip
I think he could also excell in the hunter/jumper arena and/or dressage. He's has excellent movement, nice stride and smooth.
He comes from a long line of AQHA Champions, ROM Arena earners and halter horses.

SOLD - My Hollywood QT. - SOLD

This mare due to leg injuries ..never made it to the show pen.....instead we kept her penned up as she seemed to have this thing for putting her legs where they didn't belong! She is sound. She was also started under saddle but not had anyone consistently riding her. She was bred to rein and work cattle… QT has a pedigree that many have sought after.....Easter Gentleman, Easter King, and King on her papers.... The best of the Reining/cowhorse supreme sires.... and then top the bottom off with Hollywood Gold !!!

SOLD - Hollywood Sin - SOLD

1996 APHA - Black breeding stock

This mare....was born with elegance and presences, even before she stood up for the first time!

Her offspring are proving themselves as well .. in the show ring and out of the ring. Check out HOLLYWOOD RERUN…..points in halter & lunge line.

Sinders is well built, O-Naturelle - who says you have to have an N/H horse to achieve this type of body!

Sire: JMJ Add A Patch, 16HH-...APHA Champion, Pinto Champion and many Multiple All-Around Titles
A horse that Haltered...did all the western Events....English....and topped it off in cutting and barrel racing! Sire of Futurity money earners....and point earners! A stallion with Brains, conformation and ability to do whatever you asked for! But is it a wonder?? ....he was bred to do all of this! The Adversary...Versary Bars...once again the top stallions continued on their versatility!

Dam: My Hollywood Jewel, 15.1HH QH Dun Mare.... who also was shown AQHA and Open circuits with numerous All-around title wins to her credits. Her sire and Grandsire were not only leading Superior Sires but part of the Foundation of the Quarter Horse Association, not because of color....but because of their ability to work....and produce!

Sinders carries on the Hollywood Gold lineage, which we feel is an asset to the Foundation Paint Horse.

Rose's full brother... Hollywood Impact...debuted himself in the State pleasure classes, he’s also siring pretty, well balanced foals...that are making their marks in the world too!

Rose was shown in APHA Youth halter, placed but didn’t get any points. She was started under saddle as well but never promoted in the ring. She has produced some awesome babies from Pleasure, Show to roping prospects. Her babies are proving themselves.

Rose’s sire has APHA points with limited showing.

Rose comes from APHA Champions to AQHA Champions.. (names that are ON the PAPERS).

Check out her 2008 colt…Sampson.

SOLD - Hollywood Classic - SOLD

1997 APHA Red Dun B.S. Mare

Built like a Tank.....Annie is approx. 15.1HH an 1200 lbs.
She was our Futurity baby....till the night before the show when she decided to kick the boxstall. Well so much for the futurity! Sadly enough those that had seen her prior to the show said she would have won it! It took a long time for her injury to mend....thus she became a broodmare! She is sound but being a breeding stock leaves our options limited!

Sire: White Levis - APHA Red Dun overo, Pinto Halter horse to futurity $$’s....a stallion who was athletic...showy, good minded and built to halter and ride. But his time on earth was ended before he could really prove himself. His bloodlines were top notch. Son O Versary, Versary Bars, Yellow Fever... Every Paint Breeder knows these are top lines!

Dam: Eighty Seven Jewels - AQHA sorrel, Halter Futurity winner...a mare that haltered but never had much of a show career do to a shoulder injury. She sure put good babies on the ground! Her sire Kilomax....was awesome....and he produced with the assistance of My Hollywood Jewel one heck of a broodmare! Seven was it.... her first weanling futurity....the youngest and smallest in her class, being a June baby..placed first under all three judges!

Annie’s 2006 dun colt, Bankin On Revenue, a.k.a. Bentley, won futurity money, he also sat in a first place spot at the futurity. He was probably the smallest there but sure was put together nicely. We lost Bentley in the Feb. 2007 barn fire.

Sinfully Appealing

2005 red roan overo

Gorgeous moving filly that just turned 3 yrs old this September. Due to life’s upheaval she hasn’t been started under saddle.

I think she’ll mature to a minimum 15.2HH and possibly 16HH like her ˝ siblings. She moves with a nice soft flat knee, very athletic with smooth flying lead changes.

She should also be a great color producer like her dam.

Her Grandsires on both sides were halter horses that performed and not only won their classes but excelled in the performance area. AQHA champions to ROM arena earners …

Frosty should excel in both English and Western disciplines… take her cattle penning or trail riding… she has the ability to do it all

$1,500

Foxy Tari

2004

We bought her due to the Hollywood Gold and Doc Tari bloodlines. Color was a bonus too. I believe she was tested homozygous for the black gene but I can’t find the paper work to verify it all.

She has a scar on her left front leg just above her knee. She appears to be sound on the leg (happened in Feb. 2007).
